Terms of Service

EasyQuote subscription terms.

These Terms govern your use of EasyQuote, a product operated by Stradmelle, Inc. By creating an account or accessing the platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Account & eligibility

You must be 18+ and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

2. Subscriptions & billing

  • Plans renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancelling stops future charges but does not issue prorated refunds.
  • Usage-based fees (e.g., payment processing) are billed in arrears and shown on your invoice or within the billing dashboard.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, reverse engineer the service, or upload malicious code. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of quotes, taxes, and legal language you provide to your customers.

4. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the content, product data, and customer records you store in EasyQuote. You grant Stradmelle a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. We maintain derivative analytics in aggregated, de-identified form to improve the product.

5. Integrations

Shopify, Xero, and Stripe connectors are provided as a convenience. You must comply with the terms of those third-party services. Disconnecting an integration may limit features and could prevent data sync.

6. Disclaimers & liability

EasyQuote is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stradmelle's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time from the billing page. We reserve the right to suspend the service for non-payment, security risk, or violation of these Terms. Sections relating to confidentiality, data ownership, payment obligations, and limitations of liability survive termination.
