How Stradmelle protects your data.
This policy explains what information Stradmelle, Inc. (“we”) collects when you use EasyQuote, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, company details, billing contacts, and authentication metadata.
- Commerce data: product catalogs, quotes, uploaded media, customer contact information, and accounting mappings you store in EasyQuote.
- Usage data: app events, device/browser information, IP addresses, and log files used for security and product analytics.
- Integrated platforms: Shopify and Xero data is only accessed using the permissions you grant and is limited to the scopes needed to provide the service.
2. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure EasyQuote features.
- Deliver customer support, onboarding, and product communications.
- Process payments, monitor fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
- Improve the product through aggregated analytics and diagnostic logging.
3. Sharing & disclosures
- We share data with infrastructure providers (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe) strictly to operate the service.
- We never sell customer data. We only disclose information when legally required or to enforce our Terms of Service.
- We sign DPAs with subprocessors and support SOC2-ready practices.
4. Data retention & security
Data is retained for the life of your account. You can request deletion at any time, and we will purge backups within 30 days. EasyQuote encrypts data in transit and at rest, implements role-based access controls, and monitors for unauthorized access.
5. Your choices
- Update account information from the dashboard profile page.
- Disconnect Shopify or Xero integrations at any time.
- Request data export or deletion by emailing info@stradmelle.com.
- Opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.
