Order type. Most items are made-to-order. Production begins only after written approval of finishes/specs and receipt of the deposit. Lead time. Estimated only; production, customs, and carrier capacity can shift timelines. Sportova isn’t liable for manufacturer or carrier delays. Delivery scope. Freight quoted is curbside only (crated/palletized). Unpacking, placement, stairs/elevators, and assembly are not included unless explicitly listed. White-glove delivery and installation are available and will be quoted separately. Site readiness. Client is responsible for measuring access (doors, stairs, elevators), power requirements, and scheduling building/COI approvals. Extra handling, failed delivery, reschedules, storage, or return trips will be billed at cost. Damage/shortage on arrival. Inspect on delivery; note any visible damage/shortage on the carrier receipt and photograph packaging + product. Report concealed damage within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim. Returns. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt; items must be unused and in original packaging. Because items are made-to-order, a 75% restocking fee applies; original/return shipping is client’s responsibility. Refunds are processed after inspection per our Refund Policy. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Cancellations/changes. After production starts, cancellations or finish/spec changes may incur manufacturer fees and may extend lead time. Pricing validity. Quote valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Taxes are additional. International orders: duties/VAT/brokerage are the client’s responsibility. Payment terms. 75% deposit to release to production; balance due prior to shipment. Title passes upon receipt of final payment; risk of loss transfers at carrier pickup. Warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply. We’ll assist with coordination; misuse, improper installation, or commercial use (if product is residential-rated) are excluded. Design/IP. Drawings, layouts, and renders remain Sportova IP until paid in full; minor field variances may occur. Acceptance. Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of this quote and Sportova’s policies.
